Soccer Star Welsh Athlete Ramsey Boosts Bounty for Lost Dog in Mexico to $$20k
Welsh soccer player Ramsey has increased the bounty for leads regarding the lost pet Halo to $twenty thousand dollars.
Ex- Arsenal and Cardiff City player, who now represents the Mexican club Pumas in Mexico City, revealed that Halo was last seen in San Miguel de Allende, located in the Guanajuato region.
The beagle, who disappeared on October 9th, was had on a tracking device, and Ramsey shared a Google maps location of the spot she vanished from.
"Any sort of news about our pet Halo please get in touch with us. Significant bounty for finding her. We are all praying she's ok and will return to our family shortly," Ramsey shared on social media.
Earlier Offer and Heartfelt Pleas
Ramsey initially disclosed that Halo had vanished a fortnight back and has subsequently posted numerous images of the adored pet on his social media account.
A seven thousand five hundred pound incentive was initially announced, but with no news on the dog's status after a seven days, Ramsey and his loved ones raised the reward.
"All we desire is Halo back," he expressed in another plea on social media after the elderly pet went missing.
The latest image share is a monochrome photo of Halo napping, its head resting in the curve of the athlete's elbow, with the message: "How I wish to hold you once more Halo."
Household's Worries and Background
Ramsey has additionally shared a message from his wife Colleen on online channels saying they have a few "serious questions" regarding the disappearance and worry the household "may never obtain answers".
"To this day we have not located our dog. It is unlikely we will," the spouse's update read.
The Welsh skipper signed with Mexico's premier team Pumas UNAM recently and made his debut in Liga MX in August.
